CAMPUS TELEVIDEO ANNOUNCES EUREKA GROWTH CAPITAL’S EXPANDED INVESTMENT IN COMPANY

Greenwich, CT, December 14, 2010 – Campus Televideo, a leading provider of cable TV, data and voice services to colleges and universities nationwide, today announced Eureka Growth Capital’s (“Eureka”) expanded investment in the company, through the purchase of Capital Resource Partners’ (“CRP”) interest.

Campus Televideo, with headquarters in Greenwich, CT, provides custom cable television and telecommunications services to more than 220 colleges and universities nationwide.  Through the company’s recently acquired Xwires Communications’ division, solutions are also provided to more than 175 buildings for over 40 off-campus student housing property owners.
